We are growing and excited to be able to offer more classes after Labor Day!  Including 7am on Wednesdays (Beg 2/Intermediate).  The new schedule is listed on our Facebook page - Pilates Body Shaping (@ 8th Street Studio).  Look under the "Boxes" tab.

Pilates Body Shaping will be closed Saturday, September 4-Monday, September 6th.  We will re-open on Tuesday, September 7th with our new mat schedule!
