Mary is a long-time student of Iyengar yoga and holds a Senior certificate. She travels regularly to India to study with Geeta. She is an encouraging teacher who challenges her students in a fun way.

Tune-In Tuesdays with Jennifer Halls

Tues. April 13, 7-9pm

Facilitator: Jennifer Halls. These channeled classes focus on expanding intuitive abilities, feeling energy and finding the guidance inside. Other things can happen as well: shifing old or outdated patters; recognizing/handling intuitive blocks; pain relief and more. It is a unique experinece for everyone present. Conversation about what you experience is involved to open the door to learn from everyone, deveop an intuitive languare, and to ground the experience. Come and feel your connection to the Spirit more tangibly while having fun!
